Give my Renouard a second wind

With our renovation service, we do everything we can to renovate your bag: from restoring the leather, to sewing linings, to replacing accessories.

Aware that all good things must come to an end, we've also set up a recycling service for your items that we can't renovate, to give a second life to this noble and enduring material. To thank you for this responsible gesture, we're offering you a voucher valid for your bag collection.

Renouard to the workshop

Upload your renovation request, a description and photos of your bag will be required in order to analyze your request. You will then receive a confirmation email with an estimate of the possible repairs we will carry out. If your bag can't be restored, we'll invite you to send it to us for recycling, and you'll benefit from your voucher!

Once we've received your bag at the workshop, it's up to us! We'll let you know by e-mail how long it will take to complete.

for life!

Once the renovation is complete, we'll deliver your bag to your address or to your nearest Renouard boutique, so you can enjoy it for a long time to come. A good deed for you and for the planet!

will be recycled

Your bag will be sent to a recycling center specialized in leather processing. This recycled material will then be used for new creations. A responsible gesture for a virtuous future!

Thank you for helping us to improve the way we consume and produce, by guaranteeing a positive future for your bag. To do so, we'll e-mail you a voucher valid for 1 year, to be used on our entire collection of bags!
The voucher is worth between 20 and 40 euros, depending on the bag. All the details will be sent to you by e-mail.
