To create a Renouard account, follow these steps:

• Click on the account space at top right
• Fill in the required information.
  

Please note that it is not necessary to have an account in order to place an order.

It will still be suggested to you at the end of your order to create your account in order to have, if you wish, a more precise follow-up. The information filled in at the time of ordering will then be automatically carried over.

You can change your delivery address at any time, so you won't have to re-enter it the next time you order.

If you have forgotten your password, go to "Account" in the top right-hand corner of the home page, enter your e-mail address and click on "Forgot your password? You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

At any time, if you wish to delete your account, simply send a request to the following address: contact@renouard.fr

This deletion will result in the loss of your order history.

The site is designed to reference :

• our bag models by size (shoulder, hand...)
• shoes by style.
  

We take great care to ensure the fit of our products, which is why you'll find an indication of the size Renouard recommends for each model on the product sheet.

For any changes to your order, please contact us at the following address commandes@renouard.fr or by telephone on 02 96 84 21 42 in order to modify certain aspects or to cancel your order.

A validated order will automatically appear in your My Account area. You will then be able to track and process your order.

You will also receive an e-mail, at the e-mail address indicated at the time of the order, recapitulating the products as well as the order number.

Your order can be paid :

• by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
• by e-gift card (available for purchase on the site)
  

You will be able to save your bank payment information to make future orders easier.

To change this information, go to "My account / My payment information".

Our site does not allow payments in instalments.

All transactions carried out on the Renouard site are secure. The presence of a padlock next to the page address beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure environment. 

Thanks to the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® cards is enhanced by the "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode" payment methods.

Your payment is processed entirely by Crédit Agricole, so your bank details are never in our possession.

It is possible for you to pick up your order placed on the website and/or by telephone in store. This service is currently only available in selected stores. During the order process, you can check whether the store you have chosen is eligible for the in-store collection option.

In Boutiques:

As we are concerned about our ecological footprint, we offer a single shipment of items per week, from head office to our boutiques as well as from boutiques to head office.

Once received in a boutique, Renouard will contact you and inform you of its availability so that you can pick up your order.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the products chosen and the delivery method (price of postage + packaging for one order):

In France:

- 1 item = 8 euros
- 2 items or more = 15 euros

Outside France:

1 item or more = 20 euros

By Colissimo:

Your usual letter carrier, delivery against signature.

• one to three working days for all orders placed and validated before 12 p.m. on a working day;
  
• two to four working days for all orders placed and validated after twelve (12) o'clock on a working day.

Customized products:

Orders including customized products are subject to specific delivery times. In addition to the delivery times announced in the delivery methods, customized products require atypical manufacturing and therefore lead times that can range from 4 to 6 weeks. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.

You can also track your order in your space. 

• In preparation: we prepare your order in our workshop
• Shipping: your parcel has been handed over to our carrier and delivery is in progress.
• Theoretical delivery date: date on which your parcel should be delivered.
• Delivery: your parcel has been delivered to your home. 

When you finalize your order and fill in the information required for delivery, you will have the option of:

Ticking the "make a gift" box

Ticking the "add a personal message" box, and you will then be able to write it yourself in the appropriate box.

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the non-professional customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal from Renouard, without having to justify his decision.

You may request an exchange or refund by returning the unsuitable items by registered mail in their original packaging (unless it is too damaged), in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the invoice, to the following address:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a shipment that does not conform to the order.

After this period of fourteen (14) days, the sale is firm and final. 

You can also visit one of our RENOUARD stores (within 14 days of receiving your order) to exchange your items or to drop them off so that we can return the merchandise to the head office ourselves and refund your money.

Renouard will reimburse the order within fourteen (14) days of being informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.

However, the reimbursement will only take place once Renouard is in possession of both the request for reimbursement and the returned products.

Workshop hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 12pm / 1:30pm to 5:30pm (except Friday 1:30pm to 4pm).

As you know, we release two collections a year: the Autumn-Winter Collection and the Spring-Summer Collection. Each collection currently gives rise to 6 private appointments with our best customers.

Invitations are sent out to nearby customers, but it's perfectly possible to come along, or even if you're just passing through.

A few steps from the workshop, you'll discover the garden and the Renouard family home, now dedicated to the shoe and outlet area.

Artisans and designers, we offer our customers a wide range of products: bags, shoes, belts, jewelry, scarves and small leather goods.

Our ranges are renewed every season, twice a year for the autumn-winter and spring-summer collections. On these occasions, we send a catalog to our customers, with anecdotes and styling advice in the form of coordinated outfits.

Our belts are manufactured to a standard length: 95cm for women's models, 110cm for men's models.

The length of a belt is measured from the hardillon to the central adjustment hole.

Our belts have 3 to 5 adjustment holes, depending on the model, 2.5cm apart.

You'll need cookie cutters to make your bags, and since we don't like to throw things away... we may still have them on hand!

We are craftsmen, so if you have 4 to 6 weeks to spare, we'll make you the bag, small leather goods, jewelry, belts of your choice in half-measure (choice of personalization based on precise criteria).

On the website, you'll find a customization area that includes some of our current models. You will be asked two questions in order to refine your search and make a suggestion based on size and wear.

Once you've made your choice... you can choose the leather, the color of the leather, the color of the accessories (in cases where nickel and gold are offered) and also the possibility of hot stamping.
