Site accessibility

The Sites are accessible to all users of the Internet network in principle 24/24h, 7/7d, except interruption, programmed or not, by Maroquinerie Renouard or its service providers, for the needs of its maintenance and/or security.


Maroquinerie Renouard does not warrant that the E-Commerce Service will be free from defects, errors or bugs, or that it will operate without failure or interruption.In this respect, Renouard may freely determine at its sole discretion any period of unavailability of the site or its content.

Maroquinerie Renouard reserves the right to modify the site for technical or commercial reasons. When these modifications do not substantially alter the conditions of supply of the services, the customer may be informed of the modifications, but his acceptance is not requested.

For all the reasons mentioned above, Maroquinerie Renouard cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever resulting from the unavailability of the site, data transmission or connection problems.
 
 
Furthermore, RENOUARD products are exclusively intended for sale to end consumers, whether natural persons or legal entities, to the exclusion of all resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers. Consequently, the customer affirms that he is acting as a final consumer and that he has no intention of reselling RENOUARD products for commercial purposes.

If you have any questions about our products, your order, or our manufacturing, delivery, maintenance and after-sales service times, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department. The site allows you to place orders online for a selection of products offered by Maroquinerie Renouard. You can choose to pick up your order in one of our boutiques or have it sent by Colissimo with signature to the address of your choice.You can also place your order by telephone by contacting customer service, or by post at the following address: Maroquinerie Renouard - Rue du connétable de Clisson - 22130 Plancoët.

The site offers the possibility of customizing a selection of products (leather, leather color, accessory color, stitching thread color and hot stamping). The conditions for taking back an item that has been modified/customized do not apply. 

Registration on

To place an order, the customer does not need to create an account. The customer will be asked to create an account at the end of the order process, in order to ensure better tracking of orders and deliveries.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. It is the customer's responsibility to keep their personal information up to date. In the event of an error in the recipient's details, Renouard cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the products.



By registering on the site, the customer declares and guarantees to Renouard that he/she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to contract.

Renouard may delete the customer's account at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Products

Product offers are subject to availability. This information is updated automatically in real time. However, Renouard cannot be held responsible for any error in updating, regardless of its origin.In this respect, Renouard cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an order for a product due to the exhaustion of stocks, for example, in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers.

Because each of our leather goods has a story to tell, and we take great care in presenting and describing them to you, it is possible that errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. 

Controls

The customer may select as many products as he or she wishes, which will be added to the shopping basket (the "Basket"). The Basket summarizes the products selected by the customer, together with their prices and charges.



The customer is free to modify the basket before validating the order. Validation of the order confirms the customer's acceptance of the GCS, the products purchased, their price and the associated costs. 

Your login and password are strictly personal and you agree to keep them secure and never to disclose them to third parties. In the event of loss, theft or any fraudulent use of your customer account, you undertake to inform Renouard immediately.

The data recorded by the site constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of all transactions between Renouard and its customers. In the event of a dispute concerning a transaction carried out on the site, the data recorded by Renouard shall be considered valid proof of the content of the transaction, unless the customer provides proof to the contrary.

The creation of an account is not mandatory for the validation of an order. It is still possible to make purchases as an anonymous customer.


Creating an account allows you to :

  • track your deliveries and consult your order history ;

  • return or exchange products ;
  • add or modify your delivery and billing addresses.
 
A confirmation email summarizing the order (product(s), price, quantity...) will be sent to the customer by Renouard. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail to confirm the contents of his/her order.
 

Prices and accepted means of payment

Product prices are indicated on the site in euros for Europe, including VAT, but excluding customs duties and other taxes for countries outside the European Union. Customs duties and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier. 

All prices shown are calculated and include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable in France or in the country of delivery located in the European Union.

Renouard reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration and payment of the order, subject to availability.

Products are payable in cash when the order is placed.

Payment for purchases is made via the secure platform of our payment service provider Crédit Agricole.

The customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his/her credit card number to Renouard constitutes authorization to debit his/her account up to the price of the products ordered.

The data recorded and kept by Renouard constitutes proof of the order and of all sales made. The data recorded by Crédit Agricole constitutes proof of any financial transaction between the customer and Renouard.
 

Credit notes and gift cards issued by Renouard boutiques cannot be used on the site to purchase products. An E-gift card will be available for purchase and will allow full use of the services offered and of all the products presented on the site.
 

Delivery

Deliveries are made by Colissimo from Monday to Saturday, or during normal store opening hours (excluding public holidays), depending on the option chosen by the customer when validating the order.



When Renouard handles the delivery of the product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the product is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.

As an exception, the risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier when the latter is entrusted with the transport by the customer and not by Renouard.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer, a natural person of his choice or a legal entity (delivery to his company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
 
Renouard delivers orders within a maximum of 12 working days for delivery in mainland France. This time is counted from the first working day after the order has been validated (please note that Renouard does not deliver to all countries (contact customer service for details).The day after a collection goes online, and from November 23rd to December 31st, the delivery time may be increased by 10 days, given the large and exceptional volume of orders.



In order to meet these deadlines, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

Renouard cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery not caused by Renouard or justified by force majeure (as defined below).

If the delivery time is exceeded, the customer may request the cancellation of the sale and obtain a refund of the sums paid for the Order within a maximum period of 14 days following the request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Renouard cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from a delay in delivery, and Renouard can only refund the Product to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.

In-store collection

It is possible for you to pick up your order placed on the website and/or by telephone in store. This service is currently only available in selected stores. During the order process, you can check whether the store you have chosen is eligible for the in-store collection option.
